Course Overview

This course will be all about making our individual businesses more successful and profitable for the 2010 year. This is not a rehash of the Operations Academy. There will be no overlap from the Operations Academy. The Business Academy will be looking at our businesses from a behind the scenes Business owner perspective. The course is available for all but will focus on much needed communication from experienced field operators at their pace.

We have secured the latest equipment for demonstration of multiple systems including Adventure Sports, LLC, Battlefield Sports and Steradian. 20 of each unit will be available for play, tear apart and test.

Course overview.
Learn first hand from OJT at the largest Paintball, Motorcross, teambuilding course , and outdoor laser tag field in the South Central United States. The purpose of this course is to expose you in the busy day to day of field operations in a very successful venue with an owner and staff that has been in business for 15 years. Its going to be busy....

Topics included will be:

OJT On job training
Round table sessions with owner, marketing manager, head referee, facilities manager and bookings supervisor. You will be able to shadow different areas of actual live operations.

Newbie laser tag field owners course including: Basic Games, Staffing, Incorporation, Referee, Maintenance, Marketing, Website development, photography
